NICB names Beth Bogacz vice president of human resources
Bogacz will take the post on July 27, leading talent acquisition, development, performance management, and benefits administration.
The National Insurance Crime Bureau (NICB) has appointed Beth Bogacz as its new vice president of human resources, effective July 27, to lead the organization’s talent management strategy.
Bogacz will oversee talent acquisition and talent development, performance management, employee engagement, and benefits administration, drawing on her prior people strategy leadership at AbelsonTaylor.
Before AbelsonTaylor, she held human resources leadership roles at Critical Mass, part of Omnicom, and at Upshot, part of EMAK Worldwide.
NICB’s appointment comes as the broader US insurance sector faces a workforce squeeze, with industry-cited estimates suggesting the sector could lose about 400,000 workers to retirement between 2021 and the end of 2026. Insurance Business reports NICB is a not-for-profit focused on predicting, preventing, and prosecuting insurance crime and fraud for the property-casualty industry.
