Toy Barn plans 205,000-square-foot luxury car garage at Mack Park
The first 5-acre phase is expected to break ground in spring 2027 with a $35 million capital investment, targeting completion the following spring.
Toy Barn is preparing a major expansion in north Scottsdale with plans for a 205,000-square-foot, six-building luxury car garage inside Mack Innovation Park, according to ConnectCRE.
The project will be located on 10 acres off Loop 101 between Bell and Pima roads, with the Phoenix Business Journal reporting it will be the company’s eighth and largest Phoenix-area location.
ConnectCRE says the first 5-acre phase is slated to begin construction in spring 2027, with an anticipated completion date the following spring. That phase includes a $35 million capital investment, 98,000 square feet with 64 suites, and a 6,000-square-foot community clubhouse.
The outlet also reports a second phase that could start in fall 2027, bringing the total to 135 garage condos. ConnectCRE notes Toy Barn opened its first location in 2010 and is expanding further, including a 138,000-square-foot Dove Valley facility set to open in October that is already 85% sold out.
