Aspire General and Kyber expand claims automation after early partnership
Aspire went live within 90 days of kickoff and later automated 44% of outbound claims correspondence through Kyber.
Kyber and regional carrier Aspire General Insurance released a new case study describing how an early partnership evolved into a long-term collaboration aimed at modernizing claims operations, saving time for adjusters, and improving the claims experience for policyholders, according to the companies' video case study via Coverager.
Aspire said it chose Kyber early rather than an established vendor, betting on the startup’s ability to evolve its technology alongside Aspire’s growth. The insurer set an aggressive implementation goal, aiming to go live within 90 days of kickoff, with teams working through technical, operational, and organizational challenges to meet the schedule.
Coverager reports that Aspire also described the operational results after the launch. Within three months of going live, Aspire automated 44% of all outbound claims correspondence through Kyber, enabling eligible communications to be handled instantly end to end versus a prior process that could take three to five minutes of human effort per document.
The case study also ties the automation to how adjusters spend their time, noting that moving high-volume administrative work to Kyber allows adjusters to focus more on complex claims, customer service, and decisions requiring professional judgment, Coverager said.
