CBRE promotes Andrew Hitchcock to vice chairman in Seattle
The promotion follows Hitchcock’s more than two decades of industrial market experience and CBRE says his team has led Pacific Northwest industrial production rankings.
CBRE has promoted Andrew Hitchcock to vice chairman, the firm’s highest professional title for producers, according to ConnectCRE.
Hitchcock, based in Seattle, specializes in industrial leasing and advises corporate clients on the acquisition and disposition of logistics, warehouse, and headquarters facilities across the Pacific Northwest and the United States.
ConnectCRE reports he supports clients with site selection, incentives negotiation, logistical location analysis, transaction management, and financial analysis, drawing on more than two decades of experience in the industrial market.
CBRE said Hitchcock’s five-broker team has consistently topped CBRE’s Pacific Northwest industrial production rankings, and he has been among the region’s annual top industrial producers since joining the firm in 2012.
