Hadron inks £500 million underwriting capacity deal with Integra Group
The four-year arrangement is designed to cover UK home and church insurance programs, with Hadron UK Insurance Company set to underwrite the risks.
Hadron Insurance has partnered with Integra Insurance Solutions and Congregational to provide underwriting capacity for Integra Group’s UK home and church insurance programs, according to Coverager.
The four-year arrangement covers £500 million in gross written premium across two MGAs that sit within Integra Group. Hadron UK Insurance Company will serve as the risk-bearing insurer, with Integra focusing on home insurance distributed through brokers, intermediaries and affinity partners, while Congregational serves churches and places of worship as a specialist MGA.
Coverager also reports that the program is backed by institutional reinsurance partners, with placement structured by Aon Reinsurance Solutions. The deal is part of Integra Group’s strategy, as the company said it views Hadron’s underwriting expertise and tech-led model as aligned with its delegated authority plans, according to the article.
