Hyatt Place and Hyatt Studios planned near Scottsdale on Loop 101
The Hyatt Place at Talking Stick is a four-story, 142-room project projected to open in late 2027, alongside a proposed 122-room Hyatt Studios extended stay hotel.
ConnectCRE reports that Hyatt Place and Hyatt Studios are planned for Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian land near Scottsdale along Loop 101. The first project is the Arizona Boardwalk Hyatt Place at Talking Stick, with groundbreaking held recently.
The Hyatt Place development is set to be a four-story, 142-room hotel constructed adjacent to Arizona Boardwalk, the entertainment center that includes OdySea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, Museum of Illusions, and the Boardwalk Big Wheel.
ConnectCRE says the hotel will include a lobby bar and lounge, breakfast and dining areas, meeting space, a fitness center, and an outdoor pool. The project is projected to open in late 2027.
Just south of that site, a Hyatt Studios hotel has also been proposed, described as a four-story, 122-room extended stay property. The Hyatt Studios proposal is being put forward by CaliberCos Inc.
