ONE Sotheby’s hires luxury advisor Julian Johnston for Miami Beach
Johnston brings more than $10 billion in career sales and over $400 million in active listings, alongside a 2025 team volume of $327.6 million.
ONE Sotheby’s International Realty has added luxury advisor Julian Johnston to its Miami Beach office, the brokerage said. Johnston brings more than $10 billion in career sales and more than $400 million in active listings, according to HousingWire.
Johnston specializes in Miami Beach waterfront and ultra-luxury estate properties and will continue serving clients across areas including Golden Beach and Coral Gables. HousingWire also noted his team’s $327.6 million in 2025 sales volume ranked No. 1 among medium-sized teams in Miami Beach, No. 3 in Florida, and No. 16 nationally.
The brokerage said Johnston, who has more than 20 years in the business, has represented luxury transactions such as a $29 million Brickell Avenue estate, a $28 million sale on Hibiscus Island, a $22.875 million North Bay Road property, and a $21 million Fisher Island residence, per HousingWire.
ONE Sotheby’s CEO Daniel de la Vega said the firm expects Johnston to use its technology, marketing, and global network to grow his team and improve the client experience, HousingWire reported. Johnston said joining the firm will give clients a global advantage tied to the brand’s international presence across Florida’s East Coast.
