Repliers and Unlock MLS expand secure AI access to Central Texas data

HousingWire reports that Repliers partnered with Unlock MLS to deliver Central Texas MLS data through Repliers’ AI-focused API infrastructure, giving subscribers a way to plug MLS data into AI-enabled tools.

Unlock MLS members can use the data platform to build AI-powered applications, automate workflows, and create custom products, with Repliers providing the data layer via a model context protocol server.

Repliers CEO Rhett Damon said the deal is designed to move beyond monolithic real estate technology platforms, focusing instead on modern APIs that support AI-assisted coding.

Unlock MLS CEO Emily Girard said the agreement provides a secure path for members to use AI without exposing data to misuse, expanding Repliers’ MLS partnership network after prior integrations with MARIS MLS and the Houston Association of Realtors.
