Arch RoamRight integrates travel insurance into TravelJoy for advisors

The integration lets travel advisors quote and purchase Arch RoamRight coverage inside their existing TravelJoy CRM and booking workflow.

Arch RoamRight, a provider of travel insurance solutions, announced a partnership with TravelJoy, an all-in-one CRM and booking platform for travel advisors.

Through the integration, advisors can quote and purchase Arch RoamRight travel insurance directly within TravelJoy, aiming to keep clients moving through the booking process without switching tools or reentering details.

Arch RoamRight Vice President of Business Development Cory Sobczyk said the partnership brings travel insurance into the advisor workflow to make it easier to offer coverage at the right time during booking.

TravelJoy CEO and co-founder Dayo Esho said the company is focused on creating a connected workflow to reduce busywork for advisors, while Trek Travel guests can purchase Arch RoamRight coverage through Trek Travel.
