Balcony says Keystone county platform now covers $400B in property value

The company said county partnerships on its Keystone platform rose to more than 600,000 parcels, up from about $243B and 318,000 parcels at the start of 2026.

Balcony, a provider of property data systems for county governments, said the property value and number of parcels connected to its Keystone U.S. county digitalization platform have nearly doubled since the start of 2026, reaching more than $400 billion in total property value.

The company also said Keystone now supports more than 600,000 parcels, compared with roughly $243 billion in property value and 318,000 parcels at the start of the year, attributing the growth to accelerating county adoption.

According to Commercial Observer, Balcony works directly with counties to access their data rather than scraping or using third-party sources, aiming to help governments operationalize the information they already have.

Balcony’s leadership said the platform is designed to help eliminate internal data silos and modernize land record management systems, and the company expects continued expansion as more than 3,000 counties could adopt its services.
