Hollywood Foreign Press Association sues Penske Media over Golden Globes sale
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association says its sale to Penske Media was fraudulent after it had owned and operated the Golden Globes until 2023, according to the New York Times.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association is suing Penske Media over its takeover of the Golden Globes, the New York Times Business reports.
The press association, which ran the awards show until 2023, alleges that Penske Media’s purchase was fraudulent.
The lawsuit is aimed at challenging the validity of the acquisition, the outlet said.
