Skanska creates VP asset management role and hires Michael Meyer
The newly created position will focus on asset performance and reporting across Skanska USA Commercial Development’s U.S. commercial portfolio.
Skanska USA Commercial Development announced the hiring of Michael Meyer as vice president of asset management, a newly created role aimed at strengthening asset performance across the company’s U.S. commercial development portfolio, according to ConnectCRE.
In the position, Meyer will handle asset performance and reporting, supporting Skanska’s focus on customer experience, operational excellence, investor reporting, sustainability, and divestment readiness. He will also collaborate with Skanska regional market teams, along with finance, marketing, and sustainability leaders.
Meyer is based in Washington, D.C., and reports to Pablo Rabagliati, Skanska USA Commercial Development’s chief financial officer.
ConnectCRE also noted that Meyer joins from Redbrick LMD, where he served as vice president of asset management and provided strategic oversight for a diversified multifamily and commercial portfolio in the Washington, D.C. region.
