Zywave adds new AI tools to streamline insurance prospecting and renewals
The Summer 2026 update includes a Microsoft Outlook integration for Zywave’s Producer Agent and upgrades to renewals quoting via Benefits CPQ.
Zywave has announced its Summer 2026 Release, extending Zywave Apex, an AI growth platform built for insurance distribution. The update targets the front office, aiming to automate prospecting engagements, improve renewal management, and unify broker and agency data to generate recommendations.
The company said the release adds “seamless prospect outreach” by integrating Zywave’s Producer Agent with Microsoft Outlook. It streamlines prospect email workflows, personalizes responses to targeted clients, and lets prospects book meetings directly on producers’ calendars.
For renewal work, Zywave said Benefits CPQ will now invite employees to self report census and individual medical questionnaire data for level funded plans, replacing manual paper collection. It also said TurboRater Quote Storage will store complete and in progress quotes in one modernized system, with API customers receiving more flexible reporting than legacy setups.
Zywave Chief Product Officer Eric Rentsch said the platform is designed to carry AI intelligence across the client lifecycle and help brokers focus more on customer relationships rather than administrative tasks. Zywave also promoted a webinar on Wednesday, August 12 at 12 p.m. EDT to learn more about the Summer 2026 release.
