EDENS buys 179,376-square-foot FW retail center along Camp Bowie
The Village at Camp Bowie is in Fort Worth, which saw 9.7% population growth since 2020 amid major developments including the $1.7 billion Westside Village project.
Fort Worth retail has a new owner, with EDENS purchasing a 179,376-square-foot retail center known as The Village at Camp Bowie, according to ConnectCRE.
JLL represented the seller, Dunhill, in the transaction. The property is located along Camp Bowie Boulevard and features a tenant roster that includes grocery, dining, and service concepts, such as Sprouts Farmers Market.
ConnectCRE links the deal to Fort Worth’s growth, citing the city as the nation’s 11th largest and fifth fastest-growing large city. It also pointed to 9.7% population growth since 2020.
The article also notes large nearby projects, including the $1.7 billion Westside Village mixed-use development, Walsh Ranch’s 7,200-acre master-planned community, and Edwards Ranch Riverhills, where 567 single-family homes with a median value of $1.9 million are under development.
