R.W. Holmes to lease 846 University Ave. office space in Norwood
The Class A property, formerly the National Amusements and Showcase Cinemas headquarters, is being marketed for lease for the first time since 2006 under new ownership, Falconi Properties, as of May 2026.
ConnectCRE reports that R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate has been retained as the leasing agent for 846 University Ave., a Class A office property in Norwood, Massachusetts.
The building, previously the headquarters of National Amusements and Showcase Cinemas, is now on the market for lease for the first time since 2006, after ownership transferred to Falconi Properties as of May 2026.
R.W. Holmes said major improvements are underway and the site offers flexible leasing options for office, medical, and Flex or R&D users. The reported suite sizes range from approximately 4,000 square feet up to a full building of 60,000 square feet.
In comments shared by the company, R.W. Holmes assistant vice president Michael Fahy said today’s tenants are seeking quality, accessibility, and value, and that 846 University Ave. is positioned to meet those needs in the “128 south market.”
