Falconi Properties lists Norwood, MA office building for lease
The former National Amusements and Showcase Cinemas headquarters is now being leased through R.W. Holmes for space from about 4,000 to 60,000 square feet.
ConnectCRE reports that R.W. Holmes Commercial Real Estate has been retained as leasing agent for 846 University Ave. in Norwood, Massachusetts, a Class A office property previously used as the headquarters of National Amusements and Showcase Cinemas.
According to ConnectCRE, the building is being marketed for lease for the first time since 2006, with an ownership change at Falconi Properties effective in May 2026, when major improvements began.
ConnectCRE says the property offers flexible leasing options for office, medical, and Flex/R&D users, with available suites ranging from approximately 4,000 square feet to a full building of 60,000 square feet.
R.W. Holmes’ Michael Fahy said tenants are prioritizing quality, accessibility, and value, and that 846 University Ave. is intended to meet those needs in the 128 south market.
