Allianz joins $15 million Series A for Dili compliance platform
The investment brings Dili total funding to $21.7 million, and the company says its software has processed $1.4 billion in wages across more than 700 federal projects.
Allianz participated in a $15 million Series A for Dili, an AI powered compliance platform serving energy, infrastructure, construction and manufacturing projects, according to Coverager.
The round was led by Khosla Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator’s Garry Tan, Brick & Mortar Ventures’ Darren Bechtel and Rebel Fund. Coverager reports the financing lifts Dili total funding to $21.7 million.
Founded in 2023 by Anand Chaturvedi and Brian Fernandez, Dili automates prevailing wage monitoring, apprenticeship compliance, certified payroll reviews and audit reporting. Coverager says the platform continuously checks project data to replace sampling methods traditionally used by auditors.
Dili is used across more than 700 federal projects, and it has processed $1.4 billion in wages, 5.2 million labor hours and nearly 16,000 certified payroll reports, according to the company. Coverager also notes Dili says it has identified or prevented more than $50 million in potential fines and clawbacks, and the new funding will support hiring as it expands into broader auditing and waste detection.
