Jim D’Amico becomes part owner of Corcoran Premier Realty

Corcoran Premier Realty operates in Orlando’s higher-end market and will add Brands by Integra’s real estate, mortgage, insurance, and property management platform through the ownership stake.

Jim D’Amico, chairman of Brands by Integra, has joined Central Florida luxury brokerage Corcoran Premier Realty as a part owner, HousingWire reports. The brokerage operates in Orlando’s higher-end housing markets and is a franchisee of The Corcoran Group, held under Compass International Holdings.

HousingWire reports that Corcoran Premier Realty is led by broker and president Chocky Burks, with co-founders and owners Steve Healy and Matt Tomaszewski. Burks said the firm is adding D’Amico’s involvement to expand its leadership and agent resources while continuing its focus on personalized, high-touch service.

D’Amico brings a national brokerage, mortgage, and services platform to the ownership group, HousingWire reports. Brands by Integra has grown from a single-office brokerage into a multibrand network spanning real estate franchises, mortgage, insurance, asset management, and property management.

According to HousingWire, Brands by Integra includes 10 real estate brands across 20 states, with more than 65 offices and 2,000 agents. In 2025, the firm closed 5,893 transaction sides totaling $2.64 billion in sales volume, with Corcoran Premier Realty agents continuing to operate under existing local leadership and branding.
