RealAnalytica launches AI workforce to automate real estate operations
The Atlas Agents platform links more than 30 integrations across CRM, MLS, email, tax data, marketing, and transaction management to reduce brokerages' administrative work.
RealAnalytica has launched Atlas Agents, an AI-powered workforce aimed at automating day-to-day real estate operations for brokerages and agents, including lead follow-up, transaction management, marketing, and data analysis, HousingWire reports. The platform is built to centralize workflows by connecting more than 30 integrations such as CRM, MLS, email, and tax data, along with recruiting, analytics, e-signature, and transaction management tools. RealAnalytica also said the system includes real estate-specific workflows so users do not have to build prompts or explain industry processes.
Atlas Agents can follow up with leads, analyze listings and market data, monitor transactions, identify business opportunities, and complete approved workflows automatically, including recurring and multi-step tasks. The company said brokerages can create custom workflows aligned with their operating procedures and brand standards.
Alongside Atlas Agents, RealAnalytica introduced a recruiting platform designed to help brokerage owners and managers identify and engage productive agents and evaluate potential office acquisition opportunities. The company said the technology is intended to handle administrative work while client relationships, negotiations, and final decision-making remain with real estate professionals.
