Veronica Beard renews and expands HQ by 15,000 square feet
The brand will occupy space on the second and third floors plus the fifth through eighth floors at 26 West 17th Street.
Apparel retail brand Veronica Beard has expanded its office headquarters to about 60,000 square feet at the Winter Organization’s 26 West 17th Street in Midtown South, Commercial Observer reported, citing landlord broker CBRE.
The company has been in the building since around 2013 and signed a deal to both renew its existing space and grow by 15,000 square feet, with the expanded footprint spanning the second and third floors and the fifth through eighth floors.
The outlet said the asking rent and the length of the lease expansion were not disclosed. Colliers data cited by Commercial Observer put average asking rent for office space in Midtown South at $79.41 per square foot during the second quarter of 2026.
Commercial Observer also noted that JLL’s TJ Hochanadel and Robert Martin handled the transaction for Veronica Beard. The building, built in 1907, is a 12-story office property with tenants including wholesale marketplace Faire and energy equipment and solutions provider Scale Microgrids.
