Westwood Financial has acquired the South Town Crossing II shopping center in Burleson, Texas, expanding its Dallas-Fort Worth retail holdings, according to Bisnow.

The firm purchased the 23,000-square-foot property at Northwest John Jones Drive and Southwest Wilshire Boulevard, adjacent to South Town Crossing I, which has been in the portfolio since 2012.

South Town Crossing II is fully leased, with tenants including Petco, Mathnasium, Mattress Firm, and Glitz Nails. With the purchase, Westwood Financial owns 82% of the shop space in the Target-anchored South Town Crossing development.

Bisnow also noted other recent regional deals in the same market rundown, including Link Logistics acquiring a two-building industrial portfolio totaling more than 352,000 square feet and Woodside Health selling Cornerstone Plaza in Southlake to Brownlee Waggoner Holdings LLC.
