Arrow Real Estate Advisors hires Meridian Capital veteran Jeffrey Weinberg

Weinberg, who co-founded Meridian Capital Group in 1991 and has completed more than $1 billion in originations, joins the firm as it expands after launching in October 2024.

Arrow Real Estate Advisors has hired Jeffrey Weinberg as a managing director, bringing an additional senior capital markets professional to the New York-based real estate advisory firm, Commercial Observer reports.

Weinberg previously worked at Meridian Capital Group, where he co-founded the firm in 1991, served as an executive vice president, and specialized in multifamily and office debt placement.

According to Commercial Observer, Weinberg has completed more than $1 billion in originations during his career and said he was attracted to Arrow Real Estate’s growth and his existing relationship with founder Morris Betesh.

Commercial Observer also reports that Arrow Real Estate Advisors has completed $8 billion in originations volume over the last year, following its founding in October 2024.
