Arrowhead Intermediaries appoints Leah Berger chief counsel

Berger, who joined the firm in 2024, will lead legal strategy and advise the company across its global insurance platform.

Arrowhead Intermediaries has appointed Leah Berger as chief counsel, a leadership role focused on legal strategy and organization wide guidance, according to Risk & Insurance.

The outlet says Berger will provide counsel across the business as Arrowhead continues building a diverse platform for the global insurance market, with an emphasis on strengthening alignment across its businesses and supporting growth.

Risk & Insurance reports that Berger brings more than 20 years of legal experience across insurance and reinsurance, specialty products, corporate governance, regulatory matters, privacy and cybersecurity compliance, and complex business transactions.

The company also notes that Berger joined Arrowhead in 2024 as senior counsel, corporate and transactions, after holding senior legal leadership roles at Vantage Risk, Aspen Insurance, and Allied World.
