Covius completes Title365 integration into its settlement services platform

The combined platform brings Title365 technology and teams into Covius Settlement Services, expanding coverage across origination, home equity and default title solutions via Covius Connect APIs.

Covius Services has completed its integration of Title365's operations into Covius Settlement Services, finalizing an acquisition it announced in 2025, according to HousingWire.

The newly combined platform unifies Title365’s teams and technology with Covius’s legacy title business to create a single point for origination, home equity and default title solutions delivered through Covius Connect’s APIs.

HousingWire said the deal formalized Title365’s move after Blend Labs exited the title business with its June 2025 sale of Title365 to Covius. Blend previously acquired Title365 from Mr. Cooper Group in 2021 for $422 million, the outlet added.

Covius also said the Title365 team, including president Kirby Hulbert, joined Covius’s settlement services division after the transaction, and that financial terms were not disclosed.
