HousingWire reports that the Denver Broncos have released renderings for Burnham Yard, the selected site for a new stadium after the area is converted from a former rail yard into a mixed-use development.

The plan centers on a 58-acre former turntable, with the overall project potentially totaling up to 150 acres of development, building on earlier discussions by the Walton-Penner group, which purchased the team in 2022.

The Broncos are pursuing a new retractable-roof stadium and an entertainment district around it, targeting openings for the stadium and part of the district by 2031.

Tryba Architects is listed as the designer for the master-planned neighborhood around the stadium, while Manica is set to design the stadium itself.
