HappyRobot raises $150 million to expand AI agent platform to insurers
The Series C values HappyRobot at $1.2 billion post-money and brings its total funding to about $200 million.
HappyRobot, a 2022-founded San Francisco startup that helps organizations build, deploy, and manage AI agents, raised $150 million in a Series C round led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo, according to Coverager.
The round values the company at $1.2 billion post-money and lifts total funding to around $200 million. Existing investors including a16z, Base10, and Y Combinator also participated, alongside strategics such as Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange, and T.Capital of Deutsche Telekom, with additional participation from Bankinter, Endeavor Catalyst, Kfund, and Wave-X.
HappyRobot says it enables AI agents to automate operational workflows across voice, email, documents, and the web, and it works with more than 150 enterprise customers including DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, Naturgy, Repsol, and Uber.
The company, which says it has grown 5x since its Series B late last year, is expanding beyond logistics into industries including insurance, energy and utilities, telecommunications, and airlines. Coverager notes that Tokio Marine invested in and partnered with HappyRobot last October.
