MV Electrosystems IPO allotment likely set for Aug. 4 as GMP holds
The issue was subscribed 188.9 times overall, with investors awaiting allotment after bidding ended Aug. 3.
MV Electrosystems Ltd is expected to declare IPO share allotment on August 4, 2026, after bidding ended August 3, according to LiveMint Markets. Investors are watching the allotment timing as the post-bidding phase begins.
LiveMint Markets also cited grey market pricing, saying the company’s shares were available at a premium of ₹115 as of today, with the GMP described as ₹15 higher than it was when bidding was about to open. The outlet linked the GMP uptick to strong subscription demand and positive trends in India’s secondary market.
On subscription, the IPO drew 188.85 times applications overall, with the retail portion subscribed 205.42 times and the NII segment filled 374.58 times. The QIB portion was subscribed 90.47 times, the article said, noting the issue had remained steady in the grey market after the close of bidding.
For those checking allotment status online, LiveMint Markets said the registrar is KFin Technologies Ltd and pointed readers to the BSE website and the KFin Technologies status page to view allotment information once it is made available.
