All six US Solana ETFs record zero net flows for five sessions
The six-product pause followed an $18.1 million outflow from Bitwise’s BSOL on July 28, and seed capital accounted for about $449.3 million, roughly 40% of cumulative net flow through Aug. 4.
Solana ETFs in the US recorded zero net flows across all six products for five consecutive trading sessions ending Aug. 4, according to CryptoSlate. The reported pause in primary-market activity came after an $18.1 million outflow from Bitwise’s BSOL on July 28.
Flow data from Farside Investors showed 0.0 daily net-flow readings for VSOL, FSOL, TSOL, SOEZ, and GSOL during the next five sessions, July 29 through Aug. 4. CryptoSlate also noted that seed amounts total $449.3 million, about 40% of the $1.122 billion cumulative net flow reported through Aug. 4, meaning only part of the cumulative figure reflects later net creations.
CryptoSlate highlighted that Farside’s daily net-flow metric reflects the balance after fund-share creations and redemptions, which are handled in the primary market by authorized participants. It said investors can also trade existing shares on exchanges, so secondary-market volume, assets, and broader interest require separate evidence beyond the 0.0 net-flow readings.
To illustrate the difference, CryptoSlate cited Bitwise’s BSOL showing about $596.37 million of net assets as of data dated Aug. 2, while 21Shares’ TSOL had roughly $3.09 million of assets and nonzero daily trading volume around Aug. 3. Against that backdrop, CryptoSlate said Solana was up 0.5% over the past 24 hours and ranked seventh by market cap, while US Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF complexes showed net inflows on Aug. 4.
