Bitcoin onchain activity rises to a 2026 high amid Coldcard attack

K33 said roughly 890,000 BTC moved in the prior week, and it flagged a potential bottoming pattern.

Bitcoin activity is intensifying, with onchain measures indicating a surge to the highest level seen in 2026, according to The Block.

The Block reported that Bitcoin's seven-day active supply rose to a 2026 high, with about 890,000 BTC moved over the past week.

The increase comes as a Coldcard attack is in focus, The Block said, citing K33.

K33 also pointed to a potential bottoming pattern amid the elevated activity, according to The Block.
