eXp Realty Luxury hires Keller Williams executive Mike Mendoza

Mendoza previously helped expand Keller Williams' Northwest region to 30 market centers and more than 3,500 agents across five states.

HousingWire reports that Mike Mendoza, a former Major League Baseball player and long time Keller Williams executive, has joined eXp Realty Luxury after nearly three decades with the company.

Mendoza, who has more than 40 years of experience and about 6,500 career transactions, previously founded and served as operating principal of Keller Williams' Northwest region, helping grow it to 30 market centers and more than 3,500 agents across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska.

eXp said Mendoza cited the brokerage's technology and agent centric model as key reasons for moving, and that his Phoenix based team is relocating to eXp.

According to the report, eXp CEO Leo Pareja said Mendoza's decision reflects where experienced leaders see opportunity, and the Mendoza Team will serve residential and luxury clients in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
