HouseMe.ai soft-launches in the US with direct MLS connections
The platform is live in seven jurisdictions, and its planned nationwide rollout follows a Canada launch that drew more than 40,000 unique visitors and generated 15,000 listing views.
HousingWire reports HouseMe.ai has entered the U.S. real estate market in a soft-launch mode with direct connections to MLS data across seven mid-Atlantic jurisdictions: Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and West Virginia.
The company says the platform combines natural-language search with MLS integration to deliver real-time connectivity it claims is not available in other consumer real estate apps, and it generates intelligence reports that include cost and analytics features.
HouseMe.ai also positions its search approach as more than standard filters like beds, baths, and price, using lifestyle prompts to return listings aligned with preferences such as proximity to a park, walkable highly rated schools, a large yard, or a renovated kitchen.
The U.S. push follows a three-week debut in the Greater Toronto Area, where the firm said it drew more than 40,000 unique visitors, generated over 300,000 platform interactions, and logged 15,000 listing views, and it plans a nationwide rollout.
