JLL arranges $213M refinancing for Chicago office tower at 360 N. Green

The three-year loan was secured from Barings for the newly delivered 24-story, 500,000-square-foot property, which is 76% leased.

JLL and Sterling Bay have announced a $213 million refinancing for 360 North Green, a newly constructed Chicago office tower spanning 500,000 square feet.

According to ConnectCRE, JLL Capital Markets’ Debt Advisory team arranged the three-year loan from Barings on behalf of the borrower, with institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.

The 24-story building, designed by Gensler and delivered in 2024, is currently 76% leased to national, credit-rated tenants including Boston Consulting Group and Greenberg Traurig.

Sterling Bay CEO Andy Gloor said Chicago top companies are drawn to the property because of its centralized location and tenant experience.
