Agora completes 90,750-square-foot grocery retail center at Hylo Park South
The 11-acre retail project is already 95% leased, with tenants set to open and operate by early 2027.
Agora Realty has completed construction of Hylo Park South, a grocery-anchored retail center totaling 90,750 square feet at the southeast corner of Lake Mead Boulevard and Rancho Drive in North Las Vegas.
ConnectCRE reports the development is part of Agora’s 73-acre master-planned, mixed-use community Hylo Park, which is now in its third phase of development with approximate construction costs of $375 million.
The 11-acre retail center is already 95% leased to a mix of national retailers and service tenants, including Cardenas Markets, Ross Dress for Less, Starbucks, Chipotle, In N Out, PDS Health, AT&T, UPS, Chase Bank, Allstate, Sourdough & Co., and Tesla.
Agora also sold a 1.2-acre pad within Hylo Park South at the southeast corner of Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard to In-N-Out Burger for development, and Hylo Park South tenants are expected to open and operate by early 2027, according to ConnectCRE.
