BH Properties buys Tollway North Office Park in Plano, Texas

The 297,591-square-foot, seven-building park was built between 1998 and 2000, and BH plans to target leasing upside and assess possible repositioning.

BH Properties completed the acquisition of Tollway North Office Park, a 297,591-square-foot, seven-building business park in Plano, Texas, according to ConnectCRE.

The value-add investor bought the property from KBS, and the transaction follows BH’s February 2025 purchase of the adjacent R&D at Legacy campus, bringing its ownership in the Legacy Business Park to more than 675,000 square feet across fourteen buildings.

ConnectCRE said the development was built between 1998 and 2000. BH plans to capitalize on leasing upside while evaluating future repositioning opportunities to reflect changing occupier preferences.

For leasing, Stream Realty in Dallas will represent BH, with Chase Lopez, James Mantzuranis, and Sam Bass named in the report.
