Cactus Fabrication expands West Coast operations with Rancho Dominguez lease
Cactus Fabrication is relocating from a smaller Los Angeles property to a 35,333 square-foot industrial site under a new 10-year lease.
DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services has completed a 10-year lease agreement for a 35,333 square-foot industrial property at 2945 East Maria St. in Rancho Dominguez, according to ConnectCRE.
The landlord is Crown Associates Realty, Inc., and the leased facility will function as the West Coast operations hub for Cactus Fabrication, which provides production fabrication for television, film and music video work.
Cactus Fabrication is relocating from a smaller Los Angeles property to accommodate its growing operations, the outlet said.
DAUM said the property features heavy electrical capacity, a functional layout with a large secured side yard and a separate front-loading area, and that ownership has invested in modernization to bring the building to like-new condition, including improved office space.
