HKS adds two design leaders to strengthen Seattle practice

Eric Ritchey, a Principal and Office Technical Leader, brings more than 25 years of experience to bolster technical design excellence across HKS’ Seattle office.

Global design firm HKS said it is expanding its Seattle leadership team with two senior additions, including Eric Ritchey and Richard Wilson.

Ritchey, who joined as Principal and Office Technical Leader, will help strengthen technical design excellence across the Seattle practice and support project teams in delivering what HKS describes as innovative, high-quality solutions. The firm said he has more than 25 years of experience leading technically sophisticated projects and aligning multidisciplinary teams around a shared vision.

Wilson was named Vice President and Senior Project Architect in HKS’ Mission Critical Studio. HKS said he brings experience across the West Coast, including renovations, tenant improvements, high-density developments, and technically complex facilities, and that he will lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design and construction.

Together, HKS said the appointments reflect the firm’s investment in growing its Seattle office.
