Innocean USA doubles office space with 101,000 sq ft L.A. lease
The agency plans to relocate nearly 600 employees from Huntington Beach, with construction on the new space set to finish in 2027.
Commercial Observer reports that Innocean USA, an international advertising agency, has signed a lease for 101,000 square feet at Hackman Capital Partners’ creative office campus in El Segundo, California, as part of a major headquarters expansion.
The move will nearly double the agency’s office footprint, with Innocean relocating about 600 employees from roughly 50,000 square feet in Huntington Beach after construction concludes in 2027, according to JLL, which represented the tenant.
The new location is within a four-building complex totaling 550,000 square feet across 30 acres. Innocean plans to use part of the space as a production facility for commercials and other content.
Commercial Observer also notes that Hackman acquired the former Northrop Grumman aerospace manufacturing complex in 2016 and invested about $100 million converting it to creative office space. Other occupiers include L’Oréal USA, which took more than 100,000 square feet in 2021, and Beyond Meat, which originally leased 280,000 square feet for its headquarters.
