Kleen-Rite buys Lasko Products industrial facility for $8.95 million
The 132,736-square-foot warehouse at 525 Mill Street in Columbia, Pennsylvania sold for $67.50 per square foot.
ConnectCRE reports Savills represented Lasko Products, Inc. in the sale of its industrial facility at 525 Mill Street in Columbia, Pennsylvania.
The property totals 132,736 square feet and was sold to Kleen-Rite Corp for $8.95 million, or $67.50 per square foot.
Savills associate directors Michael Styer and Jonathan Kays advised Lasko on the transaction, which the firm said aimed to create competition in the marketplace to support a timely closing.
ConnectCRE also pointed to Savills’ Pennsylvania I-81/78 Corridor Q2 2026 Industrial Market Report, which found regional industrial demand increased in the second quarter, with net absorption of 3.2 million square feet.
