Manifest Law subleases 18,200 square feet at 902 Broadway

The immigration firm will move into the eighth floor nearly four months after Adaptive Security’s space is vacated, as the building’s eighth floor totals 18,200 square feet.

Manifest Law has signed an 18,200-square-foot sublease at Koeppel Rosen’s 902 Broadway, taking space that was previously occupied by Adaptive Security, according to tenant brokerage Nomad Group, as reported by Commercial Observer.

The move places Manifest Law in the building’s eighth floor, nearly four months after Adaptive Security is set to make way for the firm.

Commercial Observer also notes that Manifest Law is relocating from 333 Park Avenue South, and that the firm is moving into space in the same building where Adaptive Security had already been operating.

Nomad Group said Manifest’s relocation reflects growing demand for Union Square and Flatiron among ambitious AI companies, and the outlet linked the decision to Manifest’s growth after a record-setting $60 million Series A.
