FurtherAI appoints Zachary Hirsch as SVP of Sales
Hirsch will lead FurtherAI’s commercial organization and go-to-market as the company expands deployments with major carriers and brokers.
FurtherAI, an insurance AI platform, has named Zachary Hirsch as its Senior Vice President of Sales. The appointment tasks him with leading the company’s commercial organization and go-to-market strategy as FurtherAI expands its customer base across carriers, managing general agents, brokers, and wholesalers.
FurtherAI said its AI agents automate workflows tied to submissions, underwriting, policy administration, audits, and claims, aiming to give insurance professionals more time for their expertise and customer service.
Hirsch brings more than 18 years of experience in enterprise software and global commercial leadership, including over six years at Verkada, where he most recently served as VP of Sales for NYC plus PHL plus HQ Select. During his time at Verkada, he helped scale the commercial organization as the business grew to more than $1 billion, and his prior roles included enterprise go-to-market work at Dynamic Signal, Pixlee, and FactSet.
The appointment comes after FurtherAI reported product deployments at five of the top 10 carriers and five of the top 15 insurance brokers and wholesalers in the US. The company also raised $25 million in a Series A funding round in October 2025 led by Andreessen Horowitz, focused on automating insurance workflows with AI.
