Greenberg Traurig signs 10-year lease for 25,000 sf at 15 CityPlace
The firm expects to move in during fall 2027 and is shifting from a roughly 30,000-square-foot space at Philips Point.
Law firm Greenberg Traurig will relocate in Downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, signing a 10-year lease for about 25,000 square feet at 15 CityPlace, a 25-story office project that is still under construction, Commercial Observer reports. The lease covers the entire 12th floor, and the firm said move-in is scheduled for fall 2027.
Greenberg Traurig said the move reflects its long-term commitment to the West Palm Beach market and is intended to meet rising client demand across Palm Beach County and beyond, according to the outlet. The firm is currently stationed at Philips Point, where it leases roughly 30,000 square feet.
Commercial Observer also noted that 15 CityPlace, along with the neighboring 10 CityPlace, is expected to be completed next year after developer Related Ross secured a $772 million construction debt package last year. Health care provider Cleveland Clinic has already pre-leased 125,000 square feet at 15 CityPlace, which is expected to span about 500,000 square feet.
In addition to Greenberg Traurig’s planned departure, the office complex has attracted new tenants, the outlet said. MSCI has taken 7,500 square feet, investment bank Solomon Partners has leased 4,200 square feet, and Integrity Pro Consulting has secured 1,300 square feet. Related Ross purchased the 448,914-square-foot office in 2021 for $282 million, and the two-building complex is undergoing a $120 million renovation.
