Nscale closes $900M revolving credit facility for AI data centers
The Nvidia-backed company said the loan boosts flexibility to expand data center build-out across the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Nscale Global Holdings, an artificial intelligence infrastructure startup, has closed a $900-million revolving credit facility to accelerate its AI data center build-out and capital deployment.
The facility was syndicated across a group of banks including J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, MUFG, RBC Capital Markets, Bank of America, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, Mizuho, SMBC, TD Securities, and KeyBank N.A., according to ConnectCRE.
Nscale CEO Josh Payne said the closing reflects institutional confidence in the company’s platform, capital structure, and team, and described the financing as increasing flexibility to scale at speed, as ConnectCRE reports.
ConnectCRE also noted that earlier this year the company raised $2 billion at a $14.6-billion valuation, and it operates a network of data centers in Europe and the U.S. on its own or through partners.
