Perry Ellis moves Nike Swim operations to Lincoln Place in Portland
The company signed a long-term lease for 25,289 square feet for the move, and 41 swimwear employees relocated to the Goose Hollow building.
Perry Ellis International has relocated its swimwear operations in Portland, Oregon, moving from its former space in the Kerns neighborhood to Lincoln Place in Goose Hollow, according to ConnectCRE.
The company, which has held the license for Nike Swim since 2003, signed a long-term lease for 25,289 square feet of office and studio space at Lincoln Place, and its swimwear operations now use the location for creation and marketing.
ConnectCRE reports that 41 employees at the swimwear operations moved into the new space. The previous offices were at 1820 NE Glisan Street.
Colliers represented Perry Ellis in the lease transaction, while Colliers also represented the landlord, Schnitzer Properties, which has owned Lincoln Place since 1988.
