Vector BioSource unit to buy four US blood collection centers

The deal includes an upfront cash payment and an earnout tied to EBITDA targets in 2026 through 2028, and is expected to close in Q3 or Q4 2026.

FOXO Technologies said its Vector BioSource unit has agreed to acquire certain assets tied to four US blood collection centers from Grifols Bio Supplies, as reported by Coverager.

The transaction includes an upfront cash payment and a potential earnout if the centers meet specified EBITDA targets in 2026, 2027 or 2028. Vector expects the acquired operations to generate more than $10 million in net revenue over the first 12 months from sales of whole blood, red blood cells, serum and other biosamples.

FOXO said the acquisition is intended to expand Vector’s capabilities by giving it its own blood collection operations, moving the company away from relying solely on external sourcing. The unit also expects required FDA licenses to expand the types of customers and markets it can serve.

The company expects the deal to close in the third or fourth quarter of 2026, subject to FDA licensing and other regulatory approvals. Coverager noted that deal terms were not disclosed, and that the stock was delisted this year while equity increased to $20.2 million as of September 30, 2025.
