Blue Cloud shares surge after SpaceX International deal for AI infra

The company signed a statement of work tied to a 9 July master services agreement, with a minimum $150 million commitment over 18 months.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions shares jumped again Tuesday, 11 August, after the company said it signed a statement of work with Malaysia-registered SpaceX International for AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre services, according to LiveMint Markets.

In the latest session, the stock rose as much as 15% in morning trade on the BSE to an intraday high of ₹25.80. Over the two sessions since the announcement, the share price has surged nearly 31%, after earlier trading between a 52-week low of ₹16.51 (27 January 2026) and a 52-week high of ₹38 (6 November 2025).

LiveMint Markets reported that, in an exchange filing on 10 August, Blue Cloud said its wholly owned US subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd, USA, executed statement of work no. 1 under a master services agreement dated 9 July 2026. The statement of work includes a minimum contractual commitment of $150 million over an 18-month term, subject to the terms of the agreements.

Under the statement of work, the US unit will design, build, integrate, secure, connect and operate a dedicated, sovereign-grade AI compute and data-centre platform for SpaceX International spanning four sectors: AI infrastructure ($70 million), cybersecurity ($25 million), telecommunications ($25 million) and data centre solutions ($30 million). Services are scheduled across five phases over six quarterly billing periods, starting with assessment and design and ending with managed operations from the sixth quarter onward, LiveMint Markets said.
