FirstTeam opens Kansas City office to expand into Kansas and Missouri
The brokerage will grow its presence to more than 62 offices and 2,200 agents as the new community office brings the agent-first model into two states.
FirstTeam is expanding into Kansas and Missouri by partnering with broker-owner Scott Eckhoff and Rival Real Estate to open a Kansas City office, the company announced Tuesday.
The brokerage said the office will operate under the FirstTeam brand, using a partnership structure that lets Rival maintain its local identity and operations while plugging into FirstTeam’s marketing, technology, and business support platform.
FirstTeam framed the move as part of a broader national expansion strategy that began in April 2025, adding offices across California, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, and Missouri.
HousingWire reports FirstTeam now has more than 62 offices and 2,200 agents across seven states, with leadership emphasizing partnering with established local operators rather than building company-owned locations from scratch.
