Krystal Integrated Services jumps on ₹740 crore Maharashtra order

The company disclosed two two-year work orders under EPC for sewage treatment plants and sewer networks, with a 40% consortium stake totaling about ₹2,960.25 crore.

Krystal Integrated Services shares rose 4.14% on the NSE after the company said it received two new orders worth ₹740 crore from the Government of Maharashtra, through the Urban Development Department and its missions.

In an exchange filing dated 10 August, the company said the work covers development of sewage treatment plants, I and D, and sewer networks on an EPC basis for Revenue Division Pune and Nagpur, under Bid Category II for ULBs with STP capacity of 5 MLD and above.

The combined contract value is ₹740 crore inclusive of GST, and Krystal holds a 40% share in the “LC Infra, Krystal Consortium,” implying about ₹2,960.25 crore in consortium value. The contracts have a tenure of two years.

The filing also highlighted recent operating performance, including Q1 FY27 profit after tax up 6.30% year over year to ₹173.62 million, while revenue from operations grew 11.65% year over year to ₹3,607.10 million. LiveMint Markets added the stock traded higher after opening at ₹611.85 versus a Monday close of ₹602.55, and it reached an intraday high of ₹633.90 on 11 August.
