SERHANT. launches Denver-area operation with 11-agent founding class
The company says the Denver metro team has closed more than $1B in sales over the past 12 months, and the launch is its largest single-market entry by recent sales volume.
SERHANT. is opening a Denver metro operation branded as SERHANT. Colorado with an 11-agent founding cohort, the company announced. SERHANT. said the roster has closed more than $1B in sales over the past 12 months.
The Denver-area opening is positioned as the firm’s largest single-market entry to date by recent sales volume, following expansions in 2026 in Texas and California, HousingWire reports.
SERHANT. Colorado will be led by managing director Rebecca Ferguson, who is based in Denver. The firm said Ferguson has more than 12 years of real estate experience and previously served as managing broker for Kentwood Real Estate’s Cherry Creek office, and earlier roles included sales coach with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and managing broker with Realty Executives.
SERHANT. said its approach will be agent-first and includes AI tools through S.MPLE intended to handle work that typically takes up agents’ time, along with a media engine designed to put listings in front of millions. The founding class includes multiple named Denver-area agents and teams, and the company said the group has collectively closed hundreds of millions of dollars in sales, with production rankings across RealTrends Verified, DMAR, and other brokerage leaderboards.
