Yardi-backed Hubble expands flex office marketplace to U.S.

The platform is initially offering 10,433 office units across 706 buildings and targets more than 1,500 buildings by the end of 2026.

Yardi-backed flexible office marketplace Hubble is rolling out in the United States, with a soft launch in New York that began in October, according to Bisnow. Its online portal is now listing offices in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., San Francisco and the wider Bay Area.

In its initial U.S. markets, Hubble is offering 10,433 office units across 706 buildings, featuring operators ranging from smaller providers to WeWork. Bisnow reported that WeWork is a flex office operator that Yardi took majority control of in 2024.

Hubble said it plans to market more than 1,500 buildings by the end of 2026 and to launch in 10 additional U.S. areas by the end of the year. Those planned markets include Los Angeles, San Diego and broader Orange County in California, plus Denver, Phoenix, Atlanta, and Florida markets including Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Tampa.

The company pointed to improving office demand as a driver of expansion, citing that Kastle’s Occupancy Barometer hit its highest level since before the pandemic in late 2025. Bisnow also noted that Hubble’s own survey found 28% of business leaders want to increase office occupancy in the coming months, while 3% plan to reduce it.
