Guardant Health director sells 14,180 shares in option exercise

The transaction, priced using a weighted-average sale price of $158.92, valued the sale at about $2.3 million and left the director with no direct shares after the disposal.

Guardant Health director Ian T. Clark sold 14,180 shares of the company’s common stock on Aug. 4, 2026, according to an SEC Form 4 filing reported by Yahoo Finance. The sale was structured as an exercise-and-sell of stock options with a strike price of $50.57.

Based on the filing, the reported weighted average sale price was $158.92 per share, placing the transaction value at about $2.3 million. Yahoo Finance also noted individual execution prices ranged from $158.51 to $159.44.

After the sale, Clark reported holding 2,975 shares through the Thornton-Clark Family Trust and the J Thornton-Clark & I Clark TTE Account, after an 83% reduction in indirect holdings. The director listed zero shares of common stock directly.

Yahoo Finance said Guardant Health, a precision oncology company based in Palo Alto, had a market capitalization of $21.4 billion at the time of the Aug. 4 market close, when the stock traded at $159.79. The outlet also reported the company posted $1.2 billion in trailing-twelve-month revenue and a net loss of $453.4 million.
